CDG24 Government Experience Project Awards

Introduction

INTRODUCTION
The Center for Digital Government (CDG) invites nominations for its GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE AWARDS 2024, where we celebrate achievements and learn best practices from U.S. states, counties, cities, and special districts. We recognize organizations that have gone beyond communicating through their website, to utilizing technology to radically improve the experience of government to push the boundaries of how services are delivered.

Project Experience Nomination
The Project Experience award nomination should have a single focus area and can include more than one channel of interaction (for example mobile and web).

Extended Deadline: Nominations must be submitted online through Wednesday, June 12, 2024..

Top government jurisdictions, agencies, and departments will be honored at a high-energy, celebratory virtual awards event in mid-September, 2024. In addition to their awards, winners will receive a media package with social media badges and logos and may also be featured in Government Technology and other publications.

CDG thanks our corporate members Accela, Amazon Web Services, Armis, Cisco, Elastic, HP Inc., Infor, KPMG, LogicMonitor, Inc., SHI International Corp, Socure, Trellix, Tyler Technologies/NIC, UiPath and Verizon Enterprise Solutions for underwriting the 2024 awards program.
Project Experience Awards
All U.S. state and local governments, their individual agencies/departments, and U.S. special districts may nominate their projects for the Project Experience Awards.

Award Categories:
City
County
State
Special District

The same department, agency, or jurisdiction may submit more than one project entry (nominate each project separately).

If the project you want to nominate was already part of an Overall Awards nomination (for cities, counties and states), you may use the responses in the Overall entry for the project nomination (In other words, you may enter the projects discussed in an Overall entry separately for the Project Awards entry or entries).

All projects that are nominated must be fully implemented by the due date. There are no other time limitations, such as how many years the nominated project has been operational.
